Problem with 'emerge fluxbox'

Hello everyone.I decided to install gentoo 1.4_r3 without win xp on there atleast for now.I am having a problem though. The install went perfect without any problems. When I added a user and added the user to the groups I did a 'emerge fluxbox' and got these error. I hope someone could help me fix this quit so I can start setting up gentoo and have some fun ya know.
