Hali!
Szoval lenne egy kis gondom az xorg-al, követtem az angol nyelvu leírast , megcsinaltam amit kell xorgconfig-al beállítottam , de nem megy az X.Tanacstalan vagyok mar sokmindet probaltam ,de nem jutottam elobre , ha tudtok segitsetek.
Amugy az egeret se tudom elovarazsolni, a dev-ben hol talahato??

A két probléma lehet, hogy összefügg. Az X nem hajlandó elindulni, ha nem talál egeret vagy egyéb mutató-eszközt.
Ha udevet használsz, az egér a /dev/input/mice alatt található. Tehát az xorg.config-ban így állítsd be:

Ha ez nem oldaná meg a problémát, akkor légyszi a /var/log/XOrg.0.log-ból másold ide a legutolsó indítás végét - így láthatjuk, mi is a gond.

Sziasztok,
nekem is problemam akadt az X-el. Miutan frissitettem a 2.6.11-gentoo-r9-re, az X-em nem mukodott tovabb, pedig az osszes dolgot melleraktam, amit kell. A logbol nem nagyon veszek ki semmit, hatha ti igen:

Ebbol csak azt szurtem ki, hogy a glx-el van a gond, miutan kivettem a xorg.confbol, beindult a dolog. (bar minel hamarabb szeretnem ujra latni  ) Az nvidia-glx,-t es az nvida-kernel-t ujraemergeltem, de igyse megy.

Szerintem könnyen elképzelhető, hogy az adott verziójú nvidia driver nem megy együtt ezzel a kernellel; nekem pl. a 2.6.12-es love kernelekkel nem indul az X.
Próbálj sztem másik nvidia verziót feltenni, vagy kénytelen leszel megvárni, amíg nvidiáék frissítik a drivert, vagy visszatérsz a régebbi kernelhez...

Nekem a 2.6.12-rc3-love1-gyel simán megy az NVIDIA és az X, gentoo kernellel, pláne 2.6.11-essel biztosan mennie kéne. A ~x86-os nvidia-kernelnek biztosan.
Annyit látok a logból, hogy segfault-tal hal meg a szerver. Próbáltad a régebbi kernellel, illetve "nv" driverrel az "nvidia" helyett?

Nos visszaraktam a regi kernelt (2.6.11-gentoo-r7-est) es ott sem ment nvidia-val, csak nv-vel (r9-nel is mukodik az nv). Ezekszerint nem a kernel hibaja. Az nvida modulom verzioja: 7174. Lehetseges -e az, hogy valamilyen masik progi kavart be a dologba?

Baselayout okozta a gondot, downgrade segitett.

igen, a ~arch-os baselayout volt a mumus, nalam is ugyanez történt.
visszaálltam a régebbire (1.11.11-r3) és megjavult, de azóta kijött a javítás is: 1.11.12-r1
