Just tried emerging waif. I get thw following error when it emerge id3ed, a dependency:

Split from is there a better mp3/ogg/whatever player than xmms?

Same problem here.

Later that night...
Ok, I just merged the latest version of readline in portage (4.3-r4) and id3ed compiled. See if that doesn't do it for you Harpalus. Now I just have to figure out how to use waif. :)
