I'm impressed when I see the use of free software to reduce the users freedom.

#gentoo channel is the only one that forces tor users to need request voice, and isn't possible post a message and these forums. Simply because people were using Tor to abuse the forums.

I can confirm that this works great for my laptop (Thinkpad X21)

I know have additional settings for my card (such as chip ID etc..) which must have been probed via DCC

There was one slight change I needed to make, change XkbLayout to en_GB (from en_US), however this might be due to the fact that my original xorg.conf had this hashed out and was pulling the default system locale

GOOD WORK!

Hi,

I've just tried this on my Thinkpad 770ED

The script creates a working xorg.conf file, but I get the following error

"line 113: END: command not found"

and it sets my keyboard to en_US and it should be gb

Still excellent as I haven't been able to set up X11 before this.

Cheers Ian
