Im using dhcp, but Im not always connected to the server.
Does someone know how to change the dhcp-timeout so that I dont have to wait for about a minute before the boot-sequence continues
Its so annoying to just stare at the "Setting eth0 up" and know that it doesnt matter how much it tries, it wont get an ip anyway.
Grateful for help! _________________ *********************

In /etc/conf.d/net, edit DHCP_OPTS and change it to "-t <timeout>", which is in seconds. 10 is a nice value |
