Hello everyone!

I just finished a stage 1 install on my system and I would like to take the time to thank everyone involved on the gentoo dev team and the gentoo community! You guys are great. I have found a new OS for life! I am naming my first child gentoo.

I really didn't know much about linux before I tried gentoo, but now I feel that I have a pretty good grasp on how the system actually works. (Reading about 200+ pages of documentation and spending hours in the forums will do that for you.. not to mention the stage1 install =] )

Cheers to a great distro and a great community! Looking forward to someday joining the cause...
