I am trying to configure X on a sun blade 100. Does anyone have a working X configuration for this machine that I can try out? I am using the on-board video, usb keyboard and mouse, and I know the specs of my monitor so configuring the monitor is no problem. If someone could post an x configuration I can try out it would be greatly appreciated

Michael :)

This config was working when I last started X.org (several months ago). I found the performance too crappy for X use...
This config is obviously generated by "xorgconfig".

I hope it can get you up and running.. Good luck :)

I'm running X on my Sun Blade 100 as we speak.

I'm using a standard Sun Blade. I've made a few tweaks that I found mentioned. I'm using the monitor that was suuplied - 17"

If you can get the sound working I'd be very interersted to know. I'm still working at it.

My kernel - Linux apollo 2.4.29-sparc

I running GNOME. It's a bit slow but still useable. I've got 128MB RAM
