per the topic, is this possible in anyway? Or does anyone know how to get a working toolchain w/ gcc-3.2?
I've tried just emerging the ebuild for 3.0.4 but it dies with errors relating to the compiler not producing valid executables, and also manages to hose the 3.2.1 install, requiring a re-emerge of it.
I'm trying to construct a working toolchain for dreamcast development with kos, and not getting anywhere. I tried using gcc-3.2, but the finall crossgcc wouldn't build either. Simply trying to build using gcc-3.0.4 separately (not emerged) doesn't work either (gives the same error as trying to emerge it)
any dc hackers have any advice? I haven't tried gcc-2.95 although I might just to see if it will work...(would rather use 3.0) |
