Hi,
Sometimes when I surf to Aftonbladet (http://www.aftonbladet.se), a Swedish news portal, Mozilla crashes and takes KDE with it in the fall. The pages in the portal sometimes have flash advertisments, I don't know if that causes the crashes. I have Shockwave Flash 6.0 r69 (netscape-flash-6.0.69-r2) installed and it's enabled in about:plugins. No other sites have made Mozilla crash, just this one.
Today the Mozilla screen went white, I was thrown to another virtual desktop, and the borders, titles and buttons were gone from the windows. The KDE panel didn't respond either, so I figure the entire window manager crashed too. I had to reboot after that (maybe I could have just killed X...).
Isn't Mozilla supposed to be an isolated application? How can it bring down KDE?
