Notes: Changing the CFLAGS of the kernel could resault in a unuseable kernel. Some of you might be saying "WTF, your defaulting
deadline?" so heres my reason, stablity. Deadline is stable, clean and simple, its not likely to have as many bugs as AS or CFQ, which
makes it simpler to work with.
