I recently recompiled my kernel and since then a few things stopped working. I managed to get one of them, ALSA, working again. Can anyone recommend a nice graphical mixer for ALSA for gnome. Right now I am using alsamixer in the terminal. My soundcard is an SB Audigy if that makes a difference.
When I run dmesg the last two lines read as follows:
Code: |
NVRM: AGPGART: unable to retrieve symbol table
spurious 8259A interrupt: IRQ7.
|
Anyone know why that is?
Also there is a module that fails to load during bootup. It is called something like nsl_iso8588-1 or something like that. Can anyone tell me what log file that information should be in? I use metalog as my system logger. Thanks! |
