nph cgi proxy setup

i am trying to setup the standard cgi proxy script on a computer on the network.......basically what i am trying to do is make one computer act as a way to access all computers on the network which are not accessible from outside but the computer that i am setting up things on can access them..........if there is another simple way to do it plz lemme know.............

now with the script i keep getting the error that the page cannot be displayed.........plz help me out......i have not modified the script that is available on the internet........the network is 10.* so lemme know if thats a problem and the soln alongwith...

the thing that i need is......that computer should be able to access the http sites and show them to me........so that i don't get the dns problem that i am getting right now as the internal sites don't exist on the outside.
