I admit I'm blatantly spreading rumors here, but scuttlebutt from a couple of sources here on dot.kde.org and here on lists.kde.org are looking very promising! Still nothing official on www.kde.org or dot.kde.org ...
If anybody has any further info, I'd love to hear it! |

yup, I beleive it's being processed by the packagers right now. my guess is that it'll be released on monday. |

This reminds me of something, though... "When it's ready" pops up in my head...
I've been using the RC's (3 and 6) so there won't be any surprises for me. Just more stability (although I haven't seen any instability issues so far) and more secure... but security is behind the scenes, so I won't notice that either. |
