Hi all.
Since rebulding my Gentoo 1.4 to RC2, I can no longer find my bttv module to compile.
I'm running kernel linux-2.4.19-gentoo-r10, and I cant see the BT module any more in the config options!
Has this been removed? Replaced?
Also, I cant seem to get my Mic working any more. Running alsa on a SBLive.
All other sounds seem to work fine.
I have tested the mic on another box and it works fine. Channels are all unmuted.
Any ideas?
Cheers. |

You have to have the something or another option checked in a previous box to be able to use it.. I think it might be I2c that you need to enable but I can't remember for sure. |

Yeah, you have to have the Character Devices> I2C support and I think I needed the : 'I2C bit-banging interfaces' subcategory to get my tuner to work too. |

For more info, read /usr/src/linux/Documentation/video4linux/bttv/README
