They're working on it. A standard distribution of Gentoo designed for ICC. Problem is, ICC has a long way to go before it can compile everything written for GCC. In short, you are not going to be able to compile Gentoo with ICC -- yet --unless you rewrite most of it. Give it a year or two, I'd say.
