Could not init font path element /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/Type1/, removing from list
Could not init font path element /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/Speedo/, removing from list!
both directories are existing ... and can not see any problems here
The second problem I have is tha I wanna use fvwm2 as WM but even if I set the WINDOWMANAGER env var to fwvm2 my system still comes up with the twm . any hints ??

You don't have to worry a bit about those font paths. They're probably just empty or something. (and if you want to get rid of those messages, remove the paths from XF86Config)
You start X with startx, right?
Then you need to create a .xinitrc in your home directory, containing something like:
So, simply do this: echo fvwm2 > ~/.xinitrc and see if fvwm comes up next time you start X. |

1. THX fvwm2 runns I've done it with exec fvwm2 + some additional stuff for meta keys etc. basically I just had to create a .xinitrc .
2. these pathes aren't empty tons of xxx.pfa and xxx.pfm and xxx.pfb in Type1 and xxx.spd files in Speedo.
