I don't know, we don't have that many over here to actually see any trends.

We've only got two or three over at the zoo...

I think there is a kind of jointventure between the fastfood industry and the fitness industry -- a real symbiosis. The more burgers they eat the better for the fitness centres.

We have an US military base not far from here and without any prejudice:
A lot of the american women there look incredible FAT - especially if they are married! It's really a significant difference to germans at the same age. It looks terrible! :P

It wouldn't matter at all if the government didn't meddle in health care. The stupid fat people could die off, the smart fat people would slim themselves down, and everybody else could go about their lives.

The whole world is gaining weight, it's a dangerous trend - might I recommend the documentary "Super Size Me", it totally turned me off fast food, which has had a visible effect on my body.

Honestly we are eating ourselves into an early grave.

best part of that movie is when he made that comment where whenever his kid says like "look daddy, mcdonalds" he would punch his kid in the face lol

Yes, that's the way to make a documentary. First you decide a result, then you produce that result. Then you add in special effects til it pleases the average cinema goer.
I'm not fond of mcdonalds at all but that film is as much a documentary as farenheit 9/11, bowling for columbine and stolen honor.

The premise of "Super Size Me" was that he would eat nothing but Mc.Donalds for one month. At the outset he did not predict anything, he merely recorded his result at the end. Pretty much a straight documentary. Granted, some of the information that he threw in on the side was not in documentary style, but the focus of the film absolutely was.

If I remember correctly he gained almost thirty pounds and seriously endangered his health! He did not expect such a result from merely eating Mc.Donald's for one month.

Probably a lot of fat americans, and in many other countries, are poor too: they don't spend money in good food like vegetables or fruits but they prefer cheap and fat products.
