|

Hey all,
I'm having a problem with openssh where it will hang when I start it. The part it stays at is "Generating public/private dsa key pair". I checked my processes with top and it shows that it is using pretty much all of the available processor.
I am using the 2.4.27 kernel.
ext3 for filesystems
chost="sparc-unknown-linux-gnu"
cflags="-O2 -mcpu=ultrasparc -pipe"
I tried unmerging and re-emerging this package,
I have also tried the version of openssh in the ~sparc tree,
Still no luck =/
Started from a stage1, this is my first problem.
Has anyone ever heard of this? Is this a problem with the package itself, or is it confined to my system?
Thanks in advance, I'd really appreciate any help on this. Let me know if more information is needed. _________________ --
