hi.
i have a nvidia geforce 2 mx.
if i use the accelerated drivers from nvidia.com mozilla has ugly display errors. opera and galeon too. in gdm fonts are to small to read. in whole gnome 2 too.
if i use the frame buffer mode everything is fine. can anyone help me?
i tried every 1.0 release of the nvidia drivers i found. (1.0-2xxx, 1.0-3xxx, 1.0-4xxx)
nothing helped...
now i have to decide: 3d acceleration and ugly browsers, or no 3d, 60hz monitor frequency but a working webbrowser.
please help me, it's no life like this
thx@all |

I had similar problems with mozilla... i don't know if they are the same though. What i did was ...
go to preferences->Appearance->Fonts
i set "Andale Mono" as my default font for everything and the Minimun font size to 13.
Now this requires that u built everything with truetype support!
Hope this helps a little
