emerge -p --update world
These are the packages that I would merge, in order:
Calculating world dependencies ...done!
Ok, everything is fine.
emerge -p --update --deep world
These are the packages that I would merge, in order:
Calculating world dependencies -
emerge: there are no masked or unmasked ebuilds to satisfy "=app-text/docbook-sgml-dtd-3.1".
What does it mean?
I looked for docbook-sgml-dtd:
Latest version available: 4.1-r1
Latest version installed: 4.1 |

Same thing here... The only thing that I could find which depended on =app-text/docbook-sgml-dtd-3.1 was the following:
Code: | grep -n docbook-sgml-dtd /usr/portage/dev-lang/ghc/ghc-5.0*
/usr/portage/dev-lang/ghc/ghc-5.02.3.ebuild:53: =app-text/docbook-sgml-dtd-3.1

You need to edit /var/cache/ebd/deps/app-text/docbook-sgml-utils-0.6.11-r2
You will see two identical lines at the top of the file. Delete one of these and edit the other to update the referrences to docbook-sgml-dtd versions 3.0, 3.1, 4.0 and 4.1 so they read docbook-sgml-dtd-X.Y-r1
This wil solve the problem. |
