Hello everybody !
I have a gentoo installed on a "server" running on ADSL at home (apache, firewall, etc ...).
As a student, i live in another town and i can only access internet at school.
So, i am looking for a sort of download manager which i can remotely control through the web (school firewall ...), with progress bars and all that stuff.
Thanks.
p.s. : i don't know if it's the good forum ... sorry

Not using the web, you could always just use wget.
Otherwise as far as P2P goes, I know that mldonkey has a great web interface for it that allows you to start/stop/pause/resume downloads and see their progress. I've been meaning to set that up for a while now. I don't know of any such thing for normal downloads. A web front-end for wget would be rad though. |
