Has anyone gotten this to work? The drive is recognized by cdrecord, but when I try to burn it just sits there. And I get this error:
/usr/bin/cdrecord: No such device or address. Cannot send SCSI cmd via ioctl
/usr/bin/cdrecord: No such device or address. Cannot send SCSI cmd via ioctl
/usr/bin/cdrecord: No such device or address. Cannot send SCSI cmd via ioctl
.....
Here is a print out of cdrecord -scanbus
Cdrecord 1.11a34 (i686-pc-linux-gnu) Copyright (C) 1995-2002 Jörg Schilling
Linux sg driver version: 3.1.24
Using libscg version 'schily-0.6'

I am able to burn using my other burner.
Using cdrecord with the --dummy tag works, it just locks up when I try to burn for real.
I was wondering if it was something to do with passing "hdc=ide-scsi hdd=ide-scsi" and what would I put for the USB .... maybe "hde=ide-scsi" ?
