Locked up during stage 1 bootstrap

Running stage 1 bootstrap on a P133. Took 10 hours to get to "* Installing Locale data..." and now I seem to be locked up. Last 3 lines from screen show:

ar_DZ.ISO-8859-6...ar_BH.ISO-8859-6...done
done
ar_EG.ISO-8859-6ar_in.UTF-8......

Has not moved in about two hours. Any thoughts?

hmm, if you followed the instructions carefully and still got this, I would say a hardware problem such as overheating, or your memory could be generating errors.

Check it with memtest86 and try again, or use a stage 2 tarball and see if it works.
