the win4lin patches do not apply on gentoo-sources, u need to emerge vanillia-sources
then appy the mki-adapter patch and then the win4lin patche. u can find them both on the netraverse website as documented in Win4Lin
at this point u can configure your kernel, compile & install it and let's roll win98 on your Ctrl-Alt-F8 |

Take a look at
/usr/portage/sys-kernel/win4lin-sources

Has anyone tried running the win4lin 3.0 installer to get this setup with the win4lin-sources kernel? I've got Win4Lin 3 and want to install it on a gentoo system. Just wondering if it is a hassle or what? _________________ regards,
