this program is going on version 0.2rc3, and on portage is a NON-WORKING 0.1 version
can someone make an ebuild? plz?

There allready is ebuild for qt-dcgui version 0.2rc1 :

When new ebuilds are done they first become "unstable" and they are first masked. When ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~x86" is set you can use these unstable packages with emerge.

After a while unstable become stable and ebuild is ready for "production" system.
