CD-RW подключен слейвом к первому сидюку.
В dmesg он есть
Code:

hdc: _NEC DV-5800C, ATAPI CD/DVD-ROM drive
hdd: _NEC CD-RW NR-9100A, ATAPI CD/DVD-ROM drive

а вот в /dev/ide/host0/bus1/target0/lun0 только один cd

А у тебя какие параметры загрузки ядра?

Ядро собирал с devfs. В lilo добавлено hdd=ide-scsi . Если нужно вывести что-то подробно, то скажите.

какая версия ядра? если 2.6.x -- эмуляция scsi не нужна.
