!When encoding in Xvid, my computer reboots!

This really wierd...

I've been using k3b for ripping dvd's, and when i use Divx 5 to encode, i have no problems, but if i use Xvid (which is what i want to do all my rips in), it tries to rip, fails (but it says its done), the shuts down.

Might there be somewhere in the config that tells k3b to shutdown after encode? or maybe a PAM problem that forces a reboot?

And im using k3b .7.5 and fresh gentoo with new glibc and gcc
