I have problems with the aspect ratio in xine. So far only with SVCD/mpeg/widescreen movies (GIS3 and GhostRider for those who know ).
The view will be narrow, window is almost square, same in fullscreen. |

not sure if these keybinding will help, but give them a try.
"s" Resize output window to stream size1:1.
"a" change aspect ratio. |

What video driver and what graphics card you use is probably the main cause of this problem. Are you using xv or X11, and if not, i suggest you do. Might be a driver problem. Anway, I always use 'a' to change the aspect ratio when i dont like it. |
