Ximian setup tools?

Which ebuild can I install Debian/Ximian setup tools from? Or whatever they are called (Redhat setup tools??). I mean the tools found in Gnome--> Start-Here/Server Settings or System Settings.

I was wondering kind of the same thing. Inside of Start Here, System Settings there is nothing. No icons appear at all, even under root. This seems a little strange to me. Any ideas?
