Hi,
I'd like to use kdm as display manager, but I can't find it ! kde is emerged, but `locate kdm` can only find the kdmrc in the kde-base portage tree.
What should I emerge to get kdm ??
Is there a way, in Gentoo, to know in which package to find a program ? (something equivalent to dpkg -S or rpm -f ).
Thanks,
Fred. |

Oh well, I'm sure I did `emerge kde`. But when I lately checked `emerge -p kde`, some packages were shown as N... So I relaunched emerge kde, and kdm is finally there.
Sorry for the noise ...
