Has anyone had any experience installing the Relata / Relatamail software as found of freshmeat?

A mysql installation file is provided but this seems to omit various tables outlined in the documentation, various fields such as 'host', 'user' and 'db' seem to be missing, whiel teh installation file also tries to enter data into these.

Has anyone already doen this and can help me out?
