Also you could emerge winesetuptk. That has a nifty GUI that'll at least get you basically up and running with Wine with a minimum of fuss. It isn't perfect so you'll likely have to tweak some things depending on what apps you run, but for basic things it works great. |

Also I'd recommend winex, since it basicly works without any alterations i.e. it is preconfigurated. At least its been working for my purposes.
