|
|
Hello.
I quite noob on server configuration but i'm setting up a web server for my job.
I emerged apache and proftpd, but the configurations files httpd.conf and proftpd.conf doesn't exist. where can I find them (I found in /var/portage/ a copy but I not sure)
another thing; whithout the file httpd.conf, apache normally can't be launched but It works all the same, ????
thanks _________________ http://www.mille-mathias.info |

I'm not sure, but I think the httpd.conf is called apache.conf in Gentoo and you can find it in /etc/apache/conf/ |

To find proftpd config files try
Code: | find /etc -iname '*proftp*' |
