Correct!

Emerging dev-qt/qtwebsockets solved the issue.

moolticute compiles fine, now.

Thank you for your help!

I do. I am at a gentoo forum, right?

I have no clue how to prepare a QT5 environment at my system which has QT4 as default and QT5 aswell.
I have also opened an issue at Raoulh's repository but he has no clue about Gentoo.

[solved] can't compile moolticute

See, I have a Mooltipass Box and want to give Moolticute a try.

Raouls github page says, his software needs QT5 which I assume, do have.

So I gave it a shot: # mkdir build
# cd build
# qmake ../Moolticute.pro
# make
make -f Makefile.daemon

Now I see, thanks.

tvtime v1.3.0 comes from a local overlay I have totally forgotten about. I think I did something which is now obsolete.
Compiling and running media-tv/tvtime-1.0.2_p20110131-r3 is just fine.

Thank you for helping to see. :)

media-tv/tvtime, patch available, nobody cares?

Hi,

I like(ed) using media-tv/tvtime v1.0.3 for my analog tv grabber card a long time.
Since tvtime refused to start because lack of libpng v1.5 capabilities I used xawtv because it refuses to build against current libpng and there was no update for tvtime so far.

Today I was googling for tvtime ...

I like using esniper, current version I use is v2.26.0. Out of a sudden I was involved in the SSL certificate problem and the solution I have was based on the information from the Bug-ID 3480530 at the bug tracker at http://esniper.sf.net I'd like to share with you.

It is very simple.

lxc, Linux container: Do not install udev, static-dev

I have successfully installed a linux container and it is running well, I have the impression, even smoother than vserver.
Following the docs I decided not to install udev, later portage picked static-dev I hardmasked, too, together with dev-manager.

See lxc /etc/portage/package.mask:

Here the same. I have cryptsetup settled at /sbin/ though adjusting your udev-rule hasn't changed a thing.
When plugging in an encrypted drive, the directory at /media is created, but there is no xterm popping up. Even adding sudo before /sbin/cryptsetup has no effect.
