Now this is probibly a fairly simple problem id guess.

When i connect my camera it says "A new medium has ben detected. What do you want to do?" and i chose "Open in new window"
And wola .. this turns up
A security policy in place prevents this sender from sending this message to this recipient ...

edit in "/etc/conf.d/bluetooth" PAND_ENABLE=true
and restart bluetooth /etc/init.d/bluetooth restart

#cd /etc/init.d
#ln -s net.lo net.bnep0


to start connection
#pand -c ad:dr:es ...

I have a SonyEricsson k800i that supports using a pan profile to connect to internet. I dont know it its any better than using a dialup profile but it seems to be less fuss (if i can get it working) as the phone does all the connecting etc.

do u wait a few sec with the button held down or no button? as i dont have any experience using that remote i cant be sure.. but does uor computer expect a longer command from the remote ie. by holding a button down a few sec or repetedly pressing the same button... can u change the commands?

I am trying to sync my Ericsson K800i with Kontact. Now multisync finds the phone ok and connects using Bluetooth and syncing using IrMC. but when i press sync it gives the folowing error:

How would i be going about to acheve this?
The stream i want to convert is a dvb stream that is streamed from my settop box in my livingroom to a 3gpp compatible stream using my gentoo computer to convert it...

trye this:

Well u can trye to make it like this (not that i think it does much diference)
and if that dont work trye to restore your mbr to windows and se if it boots then. u can always install grub mbr later fairly simple.

Had 4 partititions and one of them was just created not formated or anything, so i det the mount points on /, /boot and swap and left one wo mountpoint as it did not have a fs. the pore installer was unable to live with the knowledge of not being able to identifye the ...

i can scan for my device with hcitool wo any problems and so on. but when i trye to run the script al i get is:

any sugestions on how i can get past ...
