I also bought a Lenovo P50 with a 4K screen.

I have problems with suspending the notebook or waking up from suspend.
As soon as I wake up the notebook only the hdd led starts blinking but nothing else happens.

I have to power down the notebook by holding the power button.

No one suffering from ...

Also one more thing, if you have a second monitor, disconnect it. Gnome 3 doesn't seem to work for me under a multi-monitor setup, which I think may have been part of the original problem

JO, bin auch gerade dort, wo make immer wieder von vorne anfängt, weiss momentan einfach net, was ich machen soll, vielleicht hat ja noch wer anderes ne idee, ne idee von mir wäre es die Tasten mit ner andere Software zu nutzen, ob das geht, ist die Frage, bis jetzt war ich zu faul es auszuprobieren.

So, das ./configure geht jetzt ganz durch.
Jetzt kompilierts auch, komisch finde ich allerdings, was oben erwähtn wird, dsas auf /usr/bin/uic und auf /usr/bin/moc zugegriffen wird.

Ok, it seems that i've solved the problem.
Install Winetools, and install all the Fonts in Base System and under Core Fonts.
To start winetools with wine 0.9.25 you must have an edited /usr/local/bin/wt

Hmm, i've downgraded to 0.9.24, but the same prob now with this version.

Edit: Now I've downgraded to 0.9.23 still same prob.

I've got the same problem so i make a downgrade to 0.9.24, i've talked to an arch linux user, he has 0.9.25 but he has no problems with the fonts.

waru musst du das rechtsklick und du kannst dass dann mit kate öffnen. also so einen unterschied ist das nun auch wider nciht. und es gibt sicher ne möglichkeit.

Die fRage ist also geklärt, jetzt fragt sich nur, ob die nvidia treiber mit 7.1 noch funktioniern, also werde ich noch warten, also den thread könnt ihr schliessen wenn ihr wollt.

Also die Stabile R7.1 ist ja nun auch in portage.

Also XGL ist ja nun bestandteil von X oder so hat es irgendwie geheisen und aiglx auch.
Was heisst das genau, cih muss jeztt Xgl nciht mehr speziell als paket kompiliern, sondern ich kann jetzt Xorg R7.1 ...
