I was on gnutls-3.3.20 when the ssl error occured first.
It was nss incompatibility but simple workaround is to rebuild icedtea with new nss, however this is not an issue anymore.

I checked icedtea:8 with different USE flags to no avail. Sadly I'm low on time, and can't do the same for openssl. This should also be checked. I havn't checked building with libressl instead of open ssl. If anything fails to get the source build icedtea working, someone should create an bug ...

So I unmasked qt-5.7, build kde-apps-16.0.8.2 and got constant qtwebkit crashes with any html content in kmail and akregator.

Всё оказалось банально, собрал с gcc-4.4.4 и проблема решилась, до этого было собрано с 4.5.1.
З.Ы. Почти такая же история была с apache и всё изза gcc-4.5

На днях в портах появился Mysql-5.1.49, без задней мысли обновился с 5.1.46, после перезапуска оказалось что что ни один юзер заведенный в мускуле не может выполнить даже select, в логах приблизительно следующее:

In my.cnf default-character-set=utf8, but there is no /usr/share/mysql/charsets/utf8.xml file, and maybe therefore akonadi in kde4.4 sometimes stop working with error

In my case it crashes with binutils-2.20, downgrade binutils did the trick.

Попробуйте увеличить буфер хотя бы до 512 по дефолту 64

Оказалось что просто загнулась фс на /usr/portage

После апдейта выдает это :

Enable administrator plugin solved same problem for me. Also you will need create file "admins" in config directory, and many options including color of login page will be available.

When I play MP3 files, the sound skips frequently when any other system activity is happening and sometimes when there isn't much going on. I'm using Amarok 1.4.9.1-r1. It says the engine is xine (there are no other options), output plugin is ALSA.

Когда пытаюсь зайти на него через mc

выпадает окошко с надписью "неверный пароль для анонима".
Если заходить через konqueror то требует авторизацию (просто anonymous не работает)
