I have an old Macintosh SE (not SE/30) lying around and before looking into installing Minix 1.5 or Apple's System 6, I was wondering if it's possible to install Gentoo on it. maybe a very old image is hosted somewhere with M68k support? If this isn't being asked in the right place, please redirect me.

Here are the specifications from Wikipidia, I don't know the amount of RAM in mine, because this thing is a pain to take apart and it's been a long time since I looked.

According to http://www.linux-m68k.org/ you need a 68020 CPU with 68851 PMMU to run Linux, so likely no.

That being said, I had run Linux on a 2MB 16MHz 386SX in the past and it was not pleasant, and I don't even think it's possible to run it now on such due to the memory bloating with modern software.
