Chromium 37.0.2062.68 tearing when scolling

Hello,

since the last update of Chromium 37 beta 37.0.2062.68, the option to force vsync in chrome://flags/ seems to be removed and it's not forced by default. All text is now terrible tearing while scrolling. The Chromium window itself does not tear, when moving it around on the desktop. Is there any other way to enable it back in the settings?
