I just wanted to let you all know, that I'll be off for my first holiday (meaning being out of office and home for longer than 1 week) after more than 5 years - just in case, someone misses me posting .
And I'm leaving for a month in Australia!! Okay, nothing special for aussies, but quite a trip from Austria. Maybe I should wear my "I'm from Austria, and we do not have any kangaroos" - tshirt?
Another reason (besides for making you envy me ) for posting this here, is that this means I will not be doing an emerge for 1 month!!! anyone who doesn't see what's so special about that is in the wrong forum and using the wrong distribution I actually thought about putting it on the list for my friends like taking care of my plants or fish, but gentoo is something more private I guess
So, I'll just have to survive the next 3 days ... nothing but working.

Not that this though hadn't crossed my mind, but:
I will be in 19 hotels in 27 days, daily trips up to 600km .. I think after a day walking through katharine NP or running around ayers rock or diving at the great barrier reef .. I might be too tired for the thrill of emerging
And my laptop has 3.6kg, that's quite much concerining the weight limitations on the several flights
