Hi I am trying to just emerge gnome-settings-daemon onto my pc to handle GTK settings. Everytime I attempt to emerge it I run into this error:

That version has been removed from the Portage tree half a year ago, as well as doesn't seem available in any overlays; if your intention is to use the Gentoo portage tree then your mirror might be stalled, consider to switch to a different mirror and try again. You also seem to be running Funtoo; from a quick look, this might also be https://github.com/funtoo/funtoo-gnome-overlay/blob/master/gnome-base/gnome-settings-daemon/gnome-settings-daemon-3.6.4.ebuild or a similar overlay where this ebuild could come from (though it is odd that the output doesn't tell us this), in which case you need to file an issue with the Funtoo people as I assume this to be a mismatching gnome-desktop dependency. You could try a different version of the gnome-desktop package to see if that helps.
