Update specific user libraries on shared hosting server

Hi. I'm have web site on a shared hosting server which uses Gentoo. The problem is that I want to use jxcore which requires libc with version 2.7 and above but the /lib64 folder which I see with my user has old libc version 2.5. However the hosting server administrator have updated environment (i.e. /lib64 folder with libc 2.15) but he don't know how to update the /lib64 folder of my user - so I can use most updated libraries. Do you know how to do such specific user update?

P.S.
Well, I guess the relevant question is how to update the package repository of specific overlay?
