I have just come out of the the Chroot environment and entered the unmount comand gentoo replied with:
-bash: unmount: command not found
Is there an alternative to the unmount comand?
Do i have to unmount the:
/mnt/gentoo/dev{/shm,/pts} and /mnt/gentoo{/boot,/proc,} ?
any help would be greatly appreciated [/topic]

it's umount, not "unmount".
If it still doesn't work, mount and unmount outside the chroot, in an other shell. _________________ Kind regards,
