Server HP G165 - work on LiveCD but I can't run target sys.

Hi,

I try run Gentoo on HP G165 and I have problem with configuration of kernel.
I run all options as module and still I have kernel panic, he can't found root partition.

I run genkernel, but still he can not found disk, what more, he wants correct disk, but keyboard isn't work :/

I don't know what's happening, may be I need some patch for kernel or external driver for chipset.

Maybe someone run Gentoo on this machine or know how I can do that?

I use kernel prom kernel.org 3.13-5.

What is the filesystem on the root partition?

I use EXT4, sow fdisk show me partition Id 83.

In kernel config i found, I forget enable EXT2 and EXT3, maybe it is my problem. Now kernel is compiling, sow I must wait...

Can you post the exact message, when the kernel panic is displayed?
