Gstreamer + DVB-T

I recorded a DVB-T stream and now want to cut it with a cutting program based on GStreamer (PiTiVi). But I can't import the file (and can't open it with any GStreamer based movie player) because it tells me it needs a Teletext-Decoder. I did a quick emerge -s gst-plugin as well as checking the use flags of the base, ugly and bad plugins but couldn't find any hint for it. What do I need?
