When installing Gentoo, I get: "WARNING: Re-reading the partition tabled failed with error 22: Invalid argument.
The kernel still uses the old table. The new table will be used at the next reboot or after you run partprobe(8) or kpartx(8)
Syncing disks."
I haven't installed Gentoo before.
I'm installing it on a Western Digital 1TB Caviar Black (64MB Cache/7200 RPM).
Here's what I did.
Created extended partition. Create 3 others (Swap, Rip, Home)
1. new, extended, both default values.
2. new, logical, first default, last +4G
3. new, logical, first default, last +20GB
4. new, logical, both default values.
What did I do wrong? |
