emerge ruby 2.0.0 emake failed

I've installed wine 1.7.3, and tried to install winetricks, which required ruby. But during emerging ruby 2.0.0, an emake failed problems showed up.

This looks like an error from the series of common readline 6.3 errors.
Search bugzilla for them.
