emerge dev-python/sphinx failed

Hi

I had a problem when I emerge sage-math.

The package dev-python/sphinx keep telling that UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xc3 in position 44: invalid continuation byte.

What should I do, any ideas?

Start by following the instructions that should have been printed when it failed. Post the output of emerge --info dev-python/sphinx ; eselect python show ; eselect python list --python2 ; eselect python list --python3 and pastebin the build log.
