Hi, i start a work as system administrator. I have to create service desk for our company.
Im looking for some free software to menage problems, it should work like that.
Person sending email to mail@it.com - "I got error with flash player"
System showing me information - some person got problem with flash player
Im setting priorty for this case
Im fixing it when possible
Im closing ticket and some person taking respond - "job is done"
Im sorry for my low english skill i hope its easy to understand.
Any idea what soft i should install on my gentoo server to use it like that ? |

sounds as though you're looking for an Issue Tracking System (sometimes called a "Ticket Tracking System"). I can't suggest one but you might look at the following:

eTicket website
osTicket website
Trouble Ticket Express website
RT: Request Tracker website
There are probably many others ... but a search for "issue tracker" or "ticket system" should provide similar content management systems.
