I have a UEFI+GPT system with Gentoo already installed.
Code:
sda1: Boot Partition
sda2: Gentoo
sda3: Swap

There is some leftover space after sda3, so I'd like to install Windows 8 on it just for fun and dual boot from GRUB2. I read "UEFI Dual boot with Windows 7/8" (http://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/UEFI_Dual_boot_with_Windows_7/8), but it explained how to install Gentoo when Windows is already installed, not the other way around.

I'd appreciate any guides or suggestions, so as not to end up with an un-bootable system.

Well, I imagine it comes down to installing Windows on the desired partition, and then booting up with sysresccd (or some such) to reinstall and configure grub again... but better get a second opinion just to make sure. :)
